HARBOR, Inc. is a regional planning and resource organization that assists local governments and citizens of the area encompassed by the Harbor Springs School District with thoughtful planning for the future. This website is one contribution of the organization. HARBOR, Inc. deals with all aspects of planning including land development, parks and recreation, transportation, and the coordination of public services. Executive Director Danna Widmar is a Registered Landscape Architect and Certified Planning who assists with the evaluation of current projects and coordinates educational programs on impending issues.
