Regular Meeting June 27, 2007
Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:30 p.m.

Minutes: M. Barkley motioned to accept the minutes, L. Bosma seconded
Passed Bills: L. Bosma motioned to pay bills, seconded Passed
Items Removed from Consent Agenda: B. Wiechmann reported to the Board of a MTA Zoning Workshop.
Committee Reports:
Planning Commission: None
Zoning Administrator: J. Somerville turned in $50.00 for permits. Two permits were issued and two citations.

New Business: B. Wiechmann presented board with Budget, M. Barkley motioned to approve Budget by roll call vote, M. Barkley yes, L. Bosma yes, B. Wiechmann yes, L. Bosma seconded, Passed.
B. Wiechmann presented Board with bid from Emmet County Road Commission for Sunvalley road and Loveland road, B. Wiechmann motioned to accept bid L. Bosma seconded, Passed
B. Wiechmann will talk to Emmet County Road Commission about fixing Brutus Rd.
B. Wiechmann moved to approve the Township Board meeting dates for the fourth Thursday of every month. November will be the fifth Thursday. May, June, July and August meetings will be fourth Wednesday of every month. The July 2007 Township Board meeting will be on Tuesday, July 24th at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be at the Pleasantview Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. seconded, Passed.
B. Wiechmann presented Board with a quote from Power IT for three new computers, L. Bosma motioned to approve purchasing three new computers, M. Barkley seconded, Passed.
B. Wiechmann motioned to talk to Cliff Matthew’s and accept the donation of the piece of land by Star Cemetery with the Township paying for the expenses of taking ownership of the land. L. Bosma seconded
Passed.
