Regular Meeting May 24, 2007
Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:00 p.m.

B. Wiechmann and B. Wurst will discuss resurfacing Valley Rd. with the Emmet County Road Commission.

Planning Commission:
Zoning Administrator: J. Somerville turned in $75.00 for a permit. A permit was issued to reconstruct Greystone and three violations were issued.
Treasurer Report: Received
Assessor:
Zoning Board of Appeals: L. Bosma reported that there is no new business.
Elections: D. Bosma reported they had 62 voters for the school election on May 8, 2007
B. Wiechmann reported to the Board that he and other supervisors attended a meeting with Gary McDowell regarding the bills that would transfer key powers from townships to counties and he found out the bills were dropped.

B. Wiechmann presented Board with a revised budget, L. Bosma motioned to present Budget to the Public, M. Barkley seconded, Passed
M. Barkley reported to the Board that the Spring-Clean up went good. B. Wurst reported there was 53 people that showed up. B. Wurst will set date and time for next year.
Boyne Highlands turned in application for fireworks for July 16, 2007 if it rains it will be on July 17, 2007. B. Wurst motioned to approve the fireworks application, L. Bosma seconded,
Passed.
