This notice is published, and posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act 1976, PA 267; MCLA 15.261 et seq.; MSA 4.1800 (11) et seq.

The Township Board will hold a Special Meeting at the office of the Emmet County Road Commission, 2265 E. Hathaway Road, Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 6:45 P.M.

This will be a joint meeting with the ECRC for the purpose of discussing road policy, planning, and programs for 2007.
