We began with a presentation by Danna Widmar of HARBOR, Inc. on use of the data and maps that are available on the HARBOR Inc. Web site. This presentation was one of HARBOR Inc.’s education sessions. There were two guests in attendance as well as all the PC members noted above. Mike Clayton and Henry Singer.
I. Meeting called to order at 7:55 p.m. No visitors to recognize.
II. Minutes of 11/22/04 were approved
III. New Business:
A. 2005/06 Budget as revised was discussed and approved (Trufant/Kurburski)
B. HARBOR Inc Seminar on PDR 1/26/05 will be attended by Simon and Mary Whitmore.
C. Master Plans – 15 more copies made, cost to township $360 @ $24 each. Thank you Jennifer Gelb for your work to on this.
D. Planning Commission educational requirements discussed. Felt good to do, but no decision at this time.
V. Other Matters
A. RR-2 to FF-2 – status will be checked into by D. Simon.
B. Re pros and cons of Twp zoning: Still planning on meeting with M. Putters and new planners in his office. Donahey will set up a date and notify those interested in participating. Can only have 3 or it is a meeting. Consider having a twp policy of automatically tabling all plans for a month. Thus giving us some working time to ascertain if all reports are adequate and available.
