Regular Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Dohm at 1:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Board members present, Allerding, Arman, Dohm, Garver, O’Neill. Also present Jane Taylor.

Correspondence: Minutes of Township Zoning Board of March 5, 2007: Minutes of Emmet County Road Commission of Feb. 12, & 23, 2007: Minutes of Emmet County DPW of Jan., 10, 2007: Minutes of H.S.A.F.A of Dec. 5, 2006 & March 2, 2007, & 2006 fire protection cost reports: Minutes of H.S.A.S.D.A. of Feb. 20, 2007: Letter from L. T. Bay Bands regarding Street light at Hathaway and Pleasantview Rd.: Notice of Annual Meeting and Special Meeting of March 31, 2007.

Approve Minutes: Motion by Garver supported by Allerding and carried board approved Regular Meeting Minutes of February 10, 2007, as presented by the Clerk.

Public Comment: None.

Public Hearing: Hearing was opened for Public Comment on the 2007/08 Proposed budget. Supervisor Dohm reviewed the budget (attached herein), General Fund, Sewer Fund, Water Fund, was discussed. There was no Public Comment. Upon discussion and review Public Hearing was closed.

Personnel Compensation: Board members discussed the compensation for appointed personnel for 2007/08. Upon discussion motion by Allerding supported by O’Neill and carried in a roll call vote as follows: Dohm aye, O’Neill aye, Garver aye, Allerding aye, Arman aye, adjustments were made for the cost of living increase.

Administrative Assistant Compensation: 2007/08 compensation package was discussed by the board. Upon discussion the Administrative Assistant would receive a cost of living increase. Motion by Garver supported by Allerding and carried, board members adopted the compensation package.

Zoning Consultant Compensation: There was no discussion for this package as it was already approved in the Personnel Compensation Package.
