I.    Call to order at 7:04

III.    Minutes of December 17, 2007 approved as presented
IV.    New Business
A.    Case #2-08 Ordinance Text Change—we examined all the suggested text changes and made the following motion: We recommend approval of the text changes suggested. Particularly as they will give all entities concerned more advance notice and information to make informed decisions. The changes also increase the notice time for neighboring property owners and the public. (Donahey/Kurburski) Unanimous in favor.
B.    Master Plan review and update. A great deal of discussion took place on this. We found the areas of the MP that we feel need updating. The format the revisions will take was hard to discern, but all were in agreement that format should change from what we have now in the Action section. Gelb and Simon will work on getting something on paper that could be that format. Emily Meyerson will be consulted to give advice and planning perspectives. The Future Land Use Map needs to be updated and corrected. Tip of the Mitt will be asked for their maps about important conservation lands within the watershed. Each of the Action items needs better definition of what it means.
V.    Old Business:  Don’t know the outcome of the suggested change in the shoreline set-back language.
VI.    Report of Trustee: Twp board approved our most recent recommendation on the land use PUD (accessory building as main use). This was passed on to the county.
