Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 5:30 P.M. at the Township Hall, at 8288 S. Pleasantview Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, to consider the following:
Case #A-2-06 Conduct a Public Hearing on a request by Nora Garrard to expand or enlarge a non-conforming cottage or recreation home by adding 279 square feet to an existing structure at 2449 Pennsylvania Avenue in Wequetonsing. The proposal requires side and rear yard setback variances. The property is a non-conforming lot, is zoned RR, and is described in tax parcel #24-08-16-18-299-022.
Case #A-3-06 Conduct a Public Hearing on a request by William Dohm to construct an open carport requiring a front yard setback variance at 3198 Heydey Street, in the Village of Conway. The property is a non-conforming lot, is zoned R1, and is described in tax parcel #24-08-16-24-176-020.
