Regular Meeting July 27, 2006

Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:02 p.m.

Minutes: M. Barkley moved to approve the minutes, seconded, Passed
Bills: M. Barkley moved to pay the bills and to be reimbursed for paying bill from Mitchell Street Frameworks, seconded, Passed

Committee Reports:
Planning Commission: - B. Wurst reported to the Board the Planning Commission is still working on the exact wording for the Bubble to go in the Zoning Book. B. Wurst will ask Board to work on accessory buildings removal if no home is built.

Zoning Board of Appeals: B. Wiechmann will be getting new dates for the meetings

Zoning Administrator: Turned in $125.00 – One New Home, Two new Accessory Buildings, One addition to an Accessory Building and An addition to a Screened in Porch, issued some violations

Treasurer Report: Received

Unfinished Business: B. Wiechmann will look in to Scheirschmidt, Tower and Stutsmanville roads to be included for Dust Control

New Business: D. Bosma presented Board with General Appropriations Act, M. Barkley moved to approve the General Appropriations Act by Roll Call Vote, seconded, L. Bosma Yes, B. Wurst Yes, D. Bosma Yes, M. Barkley Yes, B. Wiechmann Yes, Passed

B. Wiechmann moved to approve meeting dates for the fourth Thursday of every month. November and December new dates will be Tuesday 11/28/06 and Tuesday 12/19/06 and June, July, & August meetings will be the fourth Wednesday of every month, all meetings will be at the Pleasantview Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. seconded, Passed
