I. Call to order at 7:05 p.m. by Vice Chair B. Trufant
II. Roll call and recognition of visitors, declaration of taping devices—no public present
III. Minutes of March 10, 2005 meeting with the Twp Board and Emmet Co. Planning employees were approved as written. (Kurburski/Gelb)
IV. New Business:
A. Readmond Twp PC Master Plan should be reviewed by as many of our PC as possible. Our Twp trustees have not yet gotten it to Fred Troup. He and Bo will follow up on where it might be. We need to have comments to Readmond before our meeting in June, so will formulate them at our May meeting.
V. Other Matters
A. RR-2 to FF-2 status—in Max’s office. This still appears to be in limbo. Trufant will follow up and with Max again to see what is happening.
VII. Open Discussion for issues not on the Agenda
A. F. Troup has asked Diane Hostetler about being on the PC. She did not say no, but has not contacted Supervisor as of this date.
B. Donahey indicated that we should probably get working on the goals and actions in our MP. All will review pages 64–74 and do personal prioritizing for our next meeting.
C. Donahey had also contacted M. Putters and requested that the County Planners give workshops on using the zoning code for any officials who may be interested. We would be willing to host. Putters was receptive. Donahey will follow up.
VIII. Report of Township Board Representative. The PC budget for 2005/06 was approved. A liquor license was approved for True North Golf Club.
