WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP
REGULAR BOARD MEETING, JULY 11, 2006

Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m.
5 members were present.

A correction was made in the June 13, 2006 minutes to clarify Supervisor Leik's dissenting vote Under Petoskey Library – Supervisor Leik had a dissenting opinion, he stated that he was not opposed to the $5.00 per card holder, only that the users should be accounted for in some manner, either name, address, etc.

Metro Act payment was received in the amount of $5,648.71. Revenue sharing payment was received in the amount of $14,768.00.

Signed consent judgment in Michigan Consolidated Gas v. West Traverse Township.

Payables were approved as presented.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be August 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
