WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP
REGULAR BOARD MEETING, JUNE 13, 2006



Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m.
5 members were present.

May 9, 2006 minutes were approved.

John & Amy Peters will continue with maintenance of the Township Hall grounds.

Options are being explored to move one of the Township owned houses off-site.

Bids will be solicited for replacing the handicap ramp at the hall.

The Clerk was given permission to apply for a grant to purchase handicap accessible voting equipment.

A bid was approved to replace two doors and a post at the hall.

Approval was given to spend up to $75.00 for a Clerk's luncheon and work session.

The Township will pay the Petoskey Library $5.00 for each resident who uses their services.

Virus protection will be purchased for the township computers.

Payables were approved as presented.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be July 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
