FRIENDSHIP TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, JUNE 7, 2004 @ 7:00 P.M.
@ Friendship Township Hall
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Scott. Board members present were Mottl, Donahey, Scott and Van Divner. Ward absent.
Agenda approved.
Minutes of May 3, 2004 meeting approved as presented.
Minutes of May 12, 2004 special meeting approved as presented.
Treasurer’s report received.
Van Divner moved, Scott seconded, PASSED, to amend Capital Outlay Budget Disbursement for Mossburg tank + $700.00, total $32,700, with estimated 3/31/05 balance of $23,661.58, and to amend General Budget line item Library +$60 to $405, Contingency ($60) to $5940. (4-0)
Van Divner moved, Scott seconded, PASSED, to pay bills. Checks # 4697-4721 were written in the amount of $53,889.67
July meeting will be on Wednesday, July 7, 2004.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
