Present: Howard Wood, Maria Krupa, Steve Keller, Gene Reck, Cathrine Schlappi

Call to order: The regular meeting of the Cross Village board was called to order by Supervisor Wood at 7:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.

Motion made by Treasurer Krupa supported by Clerk Reck to approve agenda. Motion carried.

Consent agenda: Motion made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Trustee Keller to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried.

Motion: to approve October minutes made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Clerk Reck. Motion carried.

Corrections to the November minutes were offered and will be made.

Motion: to approve Treasurer's report made by Trustee Keller and supported by Supervisor Wood. Motion carried.

Total bills paid November 2006-$6,732.77

Announcements: Supervisor Wood reported that problems have developed with the cell tower but will be resolved shortly.

Public comments: no public comments.

Committee Reports: no reports

Old Business: Shell Gas: no further information has been obtained.
Computer policy: Amended policy to be presented in January.

New Business: Trustee Schlappi moved and Treasurer Krupa supported a motion to remove the apple tree on the township property line. Motion failed 3 to 2.

Motion to adjourn meeting made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Trustee Schlappi. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
