Meeting Called to Order at 4:00 P.M. November 12, 2008.

Ÿ         The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Ÿ         Roll call indicated Board Members Present: Arman, Allerding, Dohm, Garver

                                                               Absent:  O’Neill

Ÿ         Reviewed distribution of information & correspondence.

Ÿ         Approved the minutes of Oct. 8, 2008.

Ÿ         Public comment:  Inquiry about Catob road improvement.

Ÿ         Heard report on work in progress.

Ÿ         Send letter of appreciation to the Tribe for work on Hathaway Rd.

Ÿ         Dismissed blight complaint #24 without prejudice.

Ÿ         Certified delinquent sewer bills to 2008 winter tax roll.

Ÿ         Send letter of appreciation to George Spanos for years of service as Twp. Attorney.

Ÿ         Authorized Joel Wurster to represent Twp. as Twp. Attorney.

Ÿ         Passed resolution appointing Dohm & O’Neill to H.S. Library District Library Committee.

Ÿ         Resolved to further investigate special assessment request for North View Trail.

Ÿ         Approved land clustering request by Menoniqua Corporation.

Ÿ         Tabled Identity Theft Prevention Program draft policy.

Ÿ         Heard report on water system chlorination.

Ÿ         Approved voucher for payment of bills totaling $ 111,218.72 .
