Notice is hereby given that the Township Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing, Monday, March 6, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. at the Township Hall, 8288 S. Pleasantview Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, to consider the following:

Application by Winston, Malcom, and Kenyon Stebbins to permit development of a residential subdivision under provisions of Article XII - Subdivision Open Space Plan, including Land Clustering. The property involves 65.41 acres bordering Pleasantview and Hathaway Roads, and Pleasantview Lane, being part of property #24-08-16-15-100-001. A site plan of the proposed development is on file for public inspection at the Township Hall.
