Draft Minutes of Special Meeting
Cross Village Township Board December 29, 2004
Call To Order. Meeting was called to order by Howard Wood, Township Supervisor at 7:00 p.m.
Purpose of Special Meeting is for new board members to discuss and gather information regarding the question of a new survey and proposed lot split request from George Smolak.
Supervisor Wood calls for clarifcation, comments and questions provided by Martha Dyksterhouse, former Township Supervisor and from Mr. Smolak’s Attorney.

Motion: Motion was made by Supervisor Wood to approve a re-survey of the lakefront -port property. Supported by Treasurer Krupa. "
Vote: Yes 2 No 3. (Trustee Schlapp~ Trustee Keller and Clerk Smith)
Motion defeated.
Comments by Trustee's Sc1appi and Keller and Clerk Smith recommending that the Supervisor confer with the Township Attorney for his recommendations on how to proceed. Based on attorney's recommendation consideration for another survey will be discussed
Public Comment:
1) Township gives all informtion to it’s attorney
2) Resolve for everyone involved fair and equitable riparian rights
3) Sorry the meeting got out of hand- please be fair when in using a heavy hand with everyone
4) Avoid lawsuit, put all the information involved before a judge and let court decide the property lines.
Motion: Motion made by Supervisor Wood and supported by Clerk Smith to adjourn the Special Meeting of the Cross Village Township Board.
