Conduct a Public Hearing on a request by James Dobbs III to construct a studio work shop accessory building at 1909 Pennsylvania Ave. in Roaring Brook Resort.  The proposal requires a front yard setback variance.  The property is a non-conforming lot, is zoned RR, and is described in tax parcel #24-08-16-17-176-048.
