Regular Meeting September 26. 2007
Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:05 p.m.

Planning Commission:
Zoning Administrator: J. Somerville turned in $125.00 for permits. Permits were issued for a garage addition, a new home and a small addition to an office building.

New Business:
L. Bosma motioned to move forward with a master plan with guidelines. B. Wiechmann will talk to R. Rule and have him contact Mary Campbell of MC Planning and Design for an estimate and a timeline for a master plan, M. Barkley seconded Passed.
B. Wiechmann reported to the Board that Sunvalley and Loveland roads are finished, Hidden Hamlet will pay for Winter Park Drive and Brutus Rd will get done in 2011. B. Wiechmann will get a traffic count from the County.
B. Wiechmann reported to the Board the fire hall is 80% complete, the fire truck arrived last week and the fire hall should be completed and in operation within the next 30 days.
B. Wurst reported to the Board he did some measuring at North Ayr Cemetery and measured 16x20 lots including the walkways.
D. Bosma reported to the Board that Michigan is going to hold the Primary Election on January 15, 2008 and she will be attending meetings in regards to the election early in December.
