Discussed procedure for updating Recreation Plan

Discussed report from Ben Vehlin – Arborist: Expressed agreement with his assessment.

Discussed location of addition to cemetery: Wilbur Kurburski will find out what hoops we need to jump through to properly and legally create an addition.

Proposed the following budget for 2006 – 2007 for presentation to Board of Trustees

$ to be determined Initial conceptual drawings for hall remodel.

$300 Recreation Plan public hearing notice & mailing

$1000 Production of 25 copies of updated Rec. Plan

$1300 Total (w/out remodel drawings)
