FRIENDSHIP TOWNSHIP
BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2004 @ 7:00 P.M.
@ Friendship Township Hall
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Scott. Board members present were Mottl, Scott and Van Divner. Absent were Donahey and Ward.
Minutes of January meeting approved as presented.
Budget report reviewed.
The Board requests that Friendship Township Planning Commission review the agreements made between Friendship Township, Emmet County and True North regarding golf course development and put together plan to follow up on monitoring requirements. Mottl will put together requirements and submit to Scott.
Scott investigated water tank requirement for Traverse Trail. Tom Lagerstrom from Little Traverse Conservancy to follow up.
7:17 Ward arrived.
Treasurer’s report received.
HARBOR, Inc. has developed a website for Friendship Township which includes township maps and picture of townhall.
Budget discussion held.
Mottl reviewed bills and checks for accuracy.
Scott moved, Mottl seconded, PASSED, to pay bills. Checks # 4603-4618 were written in the amount of $4,728.16.
