West Traverse Township
Regular Board Meeting, February 14, 2006


Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
5 members present.

January 10, 2006 Regular Meeting minutes were unanimously approved with two corrections.

January 10, 2006 Special Meeting minutes were unanimously approved as presented.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to refund $696.00 to Laura Swift for overpayment of a sewer bill.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to support the Harbor Springs Fire Authority in their quest to build a new substation.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to advertise for bids for renovation of the front of the township hall.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to ask for contracts from the ECRC for road repairs in the township.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to increase all township salaries by 4% for the 2006-2007 year.

Motion was made and unanimously approved to approve payables as presented.

Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:35 P.M.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be March 28, 2006 at 7:00 P.M.
