SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 26, 2005


Special Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Dohm at 1:10 p.m.

Roll Call: Board members present: Allerding, Arman, Dohm, Garver, O’Neill. Also present Jane Taylor.

Purpose of the Special Meeting is to adopt the 2005/06 Appropriation Budget and to conduct any other business brought before the board.

Correspondence: Minutes of Emmet County DPW of Feb. 22, 2005: MTA Notice of Spring District Meetings: Powell Road Reconstruction Bid Tabulations
Supervisor Dohm discussed with the board members the Powell Road Project. Bids attached herein. No other action taken at this time.

Public Comment: None.

Appropriations Act including the 2005/06 Budget: The Little Traverse Township General and Enterprise Funds Appropriations Act, including the 2005/06 was received by the Township Board. With no further discussion of the budget and the Appropriations Act, motion by Allerding supported by O’Neill and carried in a roll call vote as follows: Dohm aye, O’Neill aye, Garver aye, Allerding aye, Arman aye, the Little Traverse Township General and Enterprise Funds Appropriations Act, including the 2005/06 Appropriation budget was adopted as presented.

Other Business: No other business was brought before the board.

With no further business being brought before the board, Supervisor Dohm adjourned the Special Meeting at 1:15 p.m.
