Present: Howard Wood, Maria Krupa, Steve Keller, Joellen Keller
Absent: Cathrine Schlappi
Call to order: The regular meeting of the Cross Village board was called to order by Supervisor Wood at 7:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.

Motion made by Trustee Keller and supported by Treasurer Krupa to approve agenda. Motion carried.

Consent agenda: Motion made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Trustee Keller to take a roll call and add to minutes each month, and approval of minutes and Treasurer's report separately approved. Motion carried.

Motion: to table October minutes, until corrected made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Trustee Keller. Motion carried.

Motion: to approve Treasurer's report made by Trustee Keller and supported by Supervisor Wood. Motion carried.

Total bills paid October 2006- 9808.15

Motion to consent agenda made by Trustee Keller and supported by Supervisor Wood. Motion carried.

Public comments: no public comments.

Old Business: Bill Johnson- Parcel split. Attorney advised the board to go into closed session.
Motion to go into closed session made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Supervisor Wood.
Roll call vote:Keller- no Wood- yes Keller J. -Yes Krupa-yes one absent vote. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 to go into closed session. Regular meeting resumed at 7:32 p m.
Motion to approve the 6156.48 total to be paid by Johnson for the township land and 500.00 appraisal fee made by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa. Motion carried.
Roll call-four ayes and one absent.
Computer policy tabled.
Motion to adjourn meeting made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Clerk Keller. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
