Cross Village Township Board Meeting Minutes 10-5-06
Call to order: The regular meeting of the Cross Village Township Board was called to order by Supervisor H. Wood at 7:00 p.m.
Pledge of allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.
Changes to agenda. Miller, liqour license added. .
September minutes amended.
Roll call: Trustee Keller-present Supervisor Wood-present Clerk Keller-present Treasurer Krupa-present
Motion to approve agenda was made by Trustee Keller , supported by Treasurer Krupa. Motion carried.
Motion to consent agenda made by Trustee Keller Supported by Treasurer Krupa Motion carried.
Motion to approve minutes made by Supervisor wood and supported by Trustee Keller Motion carried.
Motion to approve September treasurer report made by Trustee Keller and supported by Clerk Keller Motion carried.

Public comments: Comment on light at Lake shore Dr.- opposed to the light. Comment on when the boat launch comes out of the lake.-Nov. 7 Comment on dumpster being taken out to soon. Comment on cell tower-tentative completion, Janurary 1. 2007. Comment on light at Lake shore Dr. In favor of light, but should use newer, dimmer lights. Old Business: Bill Johnson Northern appraisal quote of $6200.00-as is fee. Assessor cautioned that we should consider accepting the quote and to seek our attorney’s advice. Johnson tabled. Computer policy tabled..
New Business: Audit report presented by Richard Malmeister. Overall the township is in good financial shape. Road fund budget. Motion made to adopt road fund budget made by Trustee Keller and supported by Treasurer Krupa. Motion carried. Shell gas representative was asked to send more information on a francise. Miller liquor license: Motion to approve the Liquor License transfer from Leroy Howard to Craig and Julie Miller made by Treasurer Krupa and supported by Trustee Keller. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn meeting made by Trustee Keller and supported by Treasurer Krupa. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
