Case #A-1-08

Conduct a Public Hearing on a request by Doug Gettel to replace an existing non-conforming cottage or recreation home at 1977 Pennsylvania Ave. in Roaring Brook Resort. The proposal requests side, front, and rear yard setback variances. The property is a non-conforming lot, is zoned RR, and is described in tax parcel #24-08-16-17-176-041.

Case #A-2-08

Conduct a Public Hearing on a request by Jamie and Mary Kay Martin to replace an existing non-conforming cottage or recreation home at 2660 Pennsylvania Ave. in West Wequetonsing.  The proposal requires front and rear yard setback, and percent of lot coverage variances. The property is a non-conforming lot, is zoned RR, and is described in tax parcel #24-08-16-18-150-015.
