Pleasantview Road, Harbor Springs, Michigan 49740, to consider the following: Case #B-6-2007 A motion by the Township Zoning Board to consider adding an Article X-B PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT (PUD), and related definitions, to the Township Zoning Ordinance The intent of this conditional use overlay district is to encourage site design in a manner which seeks to integrate new structures and uses with natural site characteristics to minimize impacts on the site and adjoining properties while enhancing the total project design with planned open spaces.
