Correspondence/Appointments: Judy Harvey of the Harbor Springs Area District Library presented Board with a request to pass a resolution for two Board members to participate in planning towards establishing the Harbor Springs Area District Library in November, 2008.

Zoning Administrator: J. Sommerville turned in $575.00 for three permits and a fine. He also presented to the Board Boyne Highland’s fireworks applications for 12/31/08, 1/17/09 and 2/14/09.
Treasurer Report: M. Barkley reported to the Board the loan for the Township’s office addition is paid off.

New Business: D. Bosma motioned to approve Boyne Highland’s fireworks applications for 12/31/08, 1/17/09 and 2/14/09 L. Bosma seconded motion Passed
