BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, MARCH 7, 2005 @ 7:00 P.M.

Meeting called to order by Supervisor at 7:00 p.m. Board members present were Major, Troup, Scott, Van Divner and Ward.

Julie Gregory from Great Lakes Forest Products presented a woodlots management program for the township’s 80 acre woodlot and the 37 acre woodlot adjacent to the township hall.

Minutes of the February meeting approved as presented.
Treasurer’s report received.
Budget report reviewed.
2005-06 budget discussion held.

True North Liquor License request-
Van Divner moved, Major seconded, PASSED, in that the Liquor Control Commission has not completed its investigation and made its recommendation, the board tables this request until the April meeting. (5-0)

The board directs the Land Acquisition Task Force to further research a Land Development Ordinance and report to the board.

Troup reviewed bills and checks for accuracy.

Van Divner moved, Major seconded, PASSED, to approve bills. checks # 4936-4959 were written in the amount of $5,091.10. (5-0)
