SYNOPSIS
WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP
REGULAR BOARD MEETING , MAY 9, 2006


Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
5 members were present.

April 11, 2006 and May 1, 2006 minutes were approved.

It was agreed to review the maintenance agreements for township property.

A new dehumidifier was approved for the township hall as well as blowers on the furnaces.

Road improvement contracts were approved with the Emmet County Road Commission.

Dust control will be implemented on some township roads.

A janitor has been hired for the township hall.

The township assessor’s contract was approved.

Payables were approved as presented.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be June 13, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
