MINUTES                   March 24, 2008         7 PM          Supervisor’s Home

Minutes of June 20, 2007 meeting were approved.

Reviewed ideas for remodel. Architect was unable to attend. Scott had talked with him and relayed his progress. He will be at the next meeting. Decided to roll $2000 over to new budget year.

Decided to hire contractor (hopefully Emily Meyerson) to help finish Recreation Plan update. $3300 to include contractor, public hearing, and production of finished product.
Want to be sure that new Rec Plan will be available electronically and that we include language expressing our desire to work with other townships, Harbor Inc., etc., to make a cohesive regional plan.

Discussed the cemetery expansion. Set a goal to place corners on the ground for new cemetery and file appropriate legal documents to make it official. $1500 for surveyor and legal work.

Budget proposal for 2008/2009 approved by committee:
    Remodel        $2000
    Rec Plan        $3300
    Cemetery        $1500

    Total            $6800


Next meeting will be May 12, 2008 at 7 pm at the township hall.
