I. Call to order at 7:00 p.m. by Simon
II. Public present: - none
III. Minutes of 6/26/06 –amended to show Troup instead of Simon for second of minute approval, then approved.
IV. New Business
A. FIRST HALF HOUR devoted to public comments about planning and zoning in the township (brochure sent out –fourth of four months post-mailing April, May, June, July). No public present.
B. Stutsmanville – in light of recent inquiry about rezoning the property currently for sale, the PC decided to hold town hall meeting at next regular meeting to discuss implications of different zoning classifications. Will have press release and send letters to property owners in immediate area.

V. Old Business
A. Any feedback on information survey sent out in May- one report of person angry about level of government control; didn’t seem to relate specifically to county versus township zoning.
