Regular Meeting March 23, 2006

Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:00PM

Correspondence/Appointments: Annette presented Board with audit and went over it with the Board and answered any questions. PAC Check returned. Emmet County Road Commission- Board went over 100 foot estimates for Stutsmanville, Tower and Scheierschmidt Roads, where they intersect with Pleasantview Road. Bill to follow up.

Consent Agenda:
Minutes: B. Wurst moved to approve the Minutes, seconded, Passed.
Bills: D. Bosma added Amerigas and Young & Graham to list. M. Barkley moved to pay bills, seconded, Passed.

New Business: Postage Machine- Bill told Board that we could buy one form Vans around $1800.00, monthly $32.00 and thought that would be better than renting one. B. Wurst moved to purchase the postage machine, seconded, Passed.

B. Wiechmann gave Board a copy of CD Resolution that allows M. Barkley to move moneys on her own, to keep money safe and tells the Board.

B. Wiechmann to check on new copy machine for office.

Budget: Salary Resolution 1-2006 for Supervisor fiscal year 2006-2007 to be at $9,300.00, roll call vote D. Bosma yes, M. Barkley yes, B. Wiechmann yes, B. Wurst yes, Passed. Salary Resolution 2-2006 for Clerk fiscal year 2006-2007 to be at $8,700.00, roll call vote D. Bosma yes, B. Wiechmann yes, M. Barkley yes, B. Wurst yes, Passed. Salary Resolution 3-2006 for Treasurer fiscal year 2006-2007 to be at $8,760.00 roll call vote B. Wiechmann yes, M. Barkley yes, D. Bosma yes, B. Wurst yes, Passed. Salary Resolution 4-2006 for Trustee to be at $2.400.00 per trustee, roll call vote D. Bosma yes, B. Wurst yes, M. Barkley yes, B. Wiechmann yes, Passed.

B. Wiechmann presented Board with preliminary budget worksheet for their review.
