I.    Call to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chair Simon
II.    Public present: None.  Emily Meyerson present as our consultant to assist with the review of our Master Plan.
III.    Minutes of February 25, 2008 approved as presented
IV.    Election of Officers: Kurburski moved and Trufant seconded that the officers remain those in place: Simon, Chair; Trufant, Vice Chair; Donahey, Secretary. Unanimous in favor.
V.    Old Business:  Continued work on the Master Plan revision
    Agree the Simon will e-mail the draft, as it stands tonight, to all. We will review it and the Master Plan and get additions and comments to Simon by APRIL 16.  Simon will put all the comments into the draft and return it to us by April 23. This will allow all to read through and be prepared for next discussion at meeting of April 28.
Simon will not be at April or May meetings. Trufant will chair. Gelb will bring projection/computer capability to the April meeting.

VIII.    Adjourn 9:15 p.m.  The next regularly scheduled meeting is April 28, 2008.
