I.    Call to order at 7:00 p.m.
II.    Public present: Emily Meyerson, MP advisor
III.    Minutes of April 28 approved as presented
IV.    New Business
A.    Wind Energy Report from Peter Cummings was handed out. The FT Board want us to do a study. Decided to ask board for more information on what they want, given that there is a County Zoning Ordinance that covers wind turbines. (see page 21-5 in Zoning Ordinance). What outcome or product does the board expect? We could certainly investigate if the Co. Ord. meets our MP standards.
B.    Master Plan review and update. Read through and refined the reworked Goals section. Discussed the Future Land Use Map and what needs to be done with it. (page 65 of MP). Also need to add updated Current Land Use Map to MP. Donahey & Simon will form a mini-committee to work on maps for presentation at July 28 meeting.
V.    Old Business:  Zoning Board of Appeals ignored our recommendation on the Reid property.

VIII.    Adjourn 9:00.  The next regularly scheduled meeting is July 28, 2008.
