Present: Howard Wood, Maria Krupa, Steve Keller

Call to order: Supervisor Wood called the regular meeting of the Cross Village board to order at 7:00 p.m., December 4, 2007.

Pledge of Allegiance: The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all present.

Motion: made by Supervisor Wood supported by Trustee Keller to approve the agenda. Motion carried.

Motion: to approve the November 7, 2007 minutes made by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa.  Motion carried.

Motion: to approve November Treasurer’s report made by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa.  Motion carried.

Announcements/Correspondence: none

Public comments: Bill Johnson reported his communication with the county treasurer.

Committee Reports: none

Old Business:
Fire Ordinance::  Motion: to accept the fire ordinance as presented except for the list of service charges made by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa.  Upon a roll call vote: Howard Wood Yes, Maria Krupa Yes, Steve Keller Yes, Catherine Schlappi Absent, Gene Reck Absent. Motion carried.

New Business:
Resolution  # 2007-013 to support the preservation of vegetation and trees along the M-119 Tunnel of Trees was offered by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa. Upon a roll call vote: Howard Wood Yes, Maria Krupa Yes, Steve Keller Yes, Catherine Schlappi Absent, Gene Reck Absent. Motion carried.

Motion to Adjourn: by Supervisor Wood and supported by Treasurer Krupa to adjourn at 7:50 pm. Motion carried.
