Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor.
Roll call by clerk: Major, Troup, Ward, Scott Van Divner present.
Scott moved, Van Divner seconded, PASSED, to make the following agenda change: add Election Commission after Clerk’s report. (5-0)

Minutes of the September 6th meeting approved as presented.

Richard Mahlmeister presented audit to the board.

Treasurer’s report received.

ELECTION COMMISSION: called to order at 7:26 p.m.
Present: Van Divner, Scott, Ward.
Van Divner moved, Ward seconded, PASSED, to appoint Kelly Compton, Janet Pemberton, Caroline, Kurburski, Merilee Sprague and Marilyn Truman to serve as election inspectors for the General Election November 7, 2006. (3-0)
Meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.

Van Divner moved, Troup seconded, PASSED, to enter into agreement for professional architectural services for master plan study of township hall as outlined in Rick Neumann’s proposal, and authorize supervisor to sign said agreement. (5-0)

Scott moved, Van Divner seconded, PASSED, to appoint Eric Rasmussen to Tunnel of Trees Heritage Highway Committee. (5-0)

Major reviewed the checks and bills for accuracy.

Van Divner moved, Major seconded, PASSED by unanimous roll call, to pay bills. Checks # 1042 through 1062 were written in the amount of $83,152.11.
