WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP

REGULAR BOARD MEETING, FEBRUARY 13, 2007  

Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

5 members were present.

January 9, 2007 minutes were approved.

Payables were approved as presented.

The proposed amendment to the A-1 and A-1-A District regarding towers was approved.

The proposed zoning ordinance in the S-1 Public District regarding towers was approved.

A PUD amendment for remodeling the Birchwood Farms clubhouse was approved.

A new zoning fee schedule was approved.

Budget amendments were approved.

A job description for the Township secretary was approved.

The Compensation schedule for the 2007-2008 fiscal year was approved.

The road projects recommended by the ECRC for 2007 were approved.

Installation of a blinking amber/red light at Quick and State Rd. was approved.

The proposed budget was approved for presentation at the Public Hearing on March 27, 2007.

The 2007 Federal Poverty Guidelines were adopted.

Purchase of a chain saw for Thorne Swift was approved.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be March 27, 2007 with a Public Hearing to consider the budget to start at 7:00 p.m.
