WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP

REGULAR BOARD MEETING, JANUARY 9, 2007

Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

4 members were present.

December 19, 2006 Regular minutes and Closed meeting minutes were approved.

Payables were approved as presented.

It was agreed to turn over the Township's yearly road allocation back to the ECRC.

The Township Policies were approved.

The lease agreement for Thorne Swift was approved for another five years.

Payment of utility bills prior to Board approval was approved as well as payment of pre-approved bills by the Board.

Approval was given to correct the 2006-2007 General Ledger to reflect the actual approved budget of March 28, 2006.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be February 13, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
