I.    Call to order at 7:00 p.m.
II.    Public present: Dan Seamon
III.    Minutes of August 27, 2007 approved as presented.  
IV.    New Business
V.    Case # 36-07 Boyd. Information from EC P&Z: Outbuilding was built about three years ago with intent to build house within two years. That did not happen. County notified them they are now in violation of the Zoning ordinance. Must ask for a Special Use Permit with the Accessory Building as the Main Use. We received no further information on the property. We believe we have located it on the Twp. map in section 12.
Motion: That ECPC table case 36-07 until FTPC can ascertain that 2201, part 2, items (a) through (d) are complied with by the existing structure, and the FTPC is given a copy of the affidavit (to be) filed with the Register of Deeds stating the (proposed) use of the building (item (e)), to allow FTPC to make an informed decision.  (Donahey/Kurburski) Unanimous in favor.
VI.    Case #19-07 zoning ordinance text change:
Motion: The amendment seems to only address changes to shoreline that moves it inland, and not those situations where the shoreline is moving out towards the water. In order to prevent buildings from creeping further out onto filled or exposed areas, we suggest making “the set back from the Corp of Engineers high water mark OR from the altered edge, whichever is further inland.”  (Kurburski, Troup) Unanimous in favor

VI.    Report of Trustee: Read Fire Ordinance Proposal. PC will need to give input. (Water tanks)
