FRIENDSHIP TOWNSHIP
BOARD MEETING
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2007 @ 7:00 P.M.
@ Friendship Township Hall

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by  Scott. 
Roll call by clerk:  Major, Troup, Ward, Scott and Van Divner present.

Scott moved, Major seconded, PASSED, to approve agenda with addition of John Hover of True North to 12 (e) Ordinance Enforcement. (5-0)

Minutes of October 3rd meeting approved as presented.
Treasurer’s report received.

Major presented three bids for snow removal.

Scott moved, Major seconded, PASSED, to accept Keller Caretaking and Lawn Care bid for snowplowing for winter season at rate of $24 per time for plow and shovel and $37 per hour for roof shoveling for ice buildup, said acceptance contingent on Keller submitting a copy of his liability insurance. (5-0) 

Scott moved, Van Divner seconded, PASSED, to appoint Chris Herron to represent Friendship Township on HARBOR, Inc “High Speed” Internet Committee.  (5-0)

“Discussion held, at request of the Recreation Committee, regarding building long range plans”
     (added per December 07 minutes)
Troup reviewed bills and checks for accuracy.

Ward moved, Major seconded, PASSED by unanimous roll call, to approve payment of bills.  Checks # 1318-1334 were written in the amount of $5,241.84.

Next meeting will be Wednesday, December 5, 2007.
