Annual Meeting convened at 1:00 p.m. by Supervisor Dohm. Present, Allerding, Arman, Dohm, O’Neill, Garver, Jane Taylor.

Purpose of the Annual Meeting is to fill the requirements set forth by the Township Board Officials.

Supervisor explained the Eligibility, Rules, Requirements and Authority for the Annual Meetings.

Supervisor Dohm is the moderator, Lynda Arman is the secretary for the purpose of recording the minutes.

2007 Annual Meeting Minutes: Motion by Garver supported by O’Neill and carried, Minutes of the March 31, 2007 was approved as presented by the Secretary Lynda Arman.

State of the Township: Dohm gave report on the State of Townships balance sheets of the General, Water and Sewer Accounts. All accounts are in balance as of the end of the fiscal year 2007/08 and the Township is in good financial condition. Attached herein is all projects accomplished in 2007/08.

2008/09 Proposed Appropriation Budget: The 2008/09 Proposed Budget was received by the electors of the Township. Meeting was open to the Public for discussion and any changes to the budget. Dohm reviewed all the accounts. Upon review and discussion there were no changes to the 2008/09 Proposed Budget.

Elected Official Salary Resolution: Discussion was opened to the Public on the Elected Officials Salary Resolution passed at the February 9, 2008 Regular Meeting. There were no changes to the Salary Resolution.

Other Business: No other business was brought before the Electors of the Township.

Being of no further business, Dohm adjourned the Annual Meeting at 1:20 p.m.
