Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Scott.
Roll call: Major, Troup, Ward, Scott, Van Divner present.

Scott moved, Van Divner seconded, PASSED, to approve the following Agenda changes: add Election Commission meeting as item 14.5; bank institution request added under Treasurer’s Report. (5-0)

Scott moved, Major seconded, PASSED, to approve minutes of June 7 meeting with correction of: add after Public Comment “Major reviewed bills and checks for accuracy”. (5-0)

Treasurer’s report given.

Van Divner moved, Major seconded, PASSED, to add First Community Bank as a banking institution for the Township. (5-0)

Major to take care of getting handicap approved door handles for entry and bathroom installed before August election.

Major moved, Ward seconded, PASSED, to rescind motion to meet with Readmond Township as per March 22nd motion regarding restructuring of Middle Village Park Committee. (4-1)

ELECTION COMMISSION- meeting called to order at 8:46 p.m. by Van Divner.
Present: Ward, Scott, Van Divner.
Van Divner moved, Ward seconded, PASSED, to appoint Kelly Compton, Caroline Kurburski, Marilyn Truman, Merilee Sprague and Janet Pemberton to serve as election inspectors for the August primary on August 8, 2006. (3-0)
Meeting adjourned at 8:48 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENT-

Troup reviewed bills and checks for accuracy.

Van Divner moved, Major seconded, PASSED by unanimous roll call vote, to pay bills. Checks # 5321-5338 were written in the amount of $97,802.59.
