I. Call to order at 7:00 p.m. by Simon.
II. Public present: -none.
III. Minutes of 2/27/06 approved as written, (Kurburski, Gelb)
IV. New Business
A. Review of Stutsmanville Small Town Design Initiative work:
Will gather the following information so we can get a clear picture of where we are and what the next steps may be. Need: blow up of PUD maps and any other districts at the 4 corners, descriptions that go with these PUDs, full information on the last PUD done in early 2002 to straighten the lines of the various PUDs in existence there. Simon will bring to next meeting.

V. Old Business
A. Case 3-06 – A request by Steven Frisbie for a front yard setback variance of up to 33’ from a private road easement on property located at 1120 South Lamkin Drive – denied by county ZBA.
VI. Other Matters
A. Informational survey / mailing [status: approved by Board,) Donahey will consolidate label list and get flyers produced.
B. “Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development Law in Michigan” seminar on March 29 will be attended by DMS. Will bring materials back and make presentation to PC at April meeting. Motion to authorize Simon to use PC Education Funds to attend this meeting. (Kurburski?Trufant) Unanimous approved.
C. HARBOR Area Officials gathering and Recreation Review of 3/21/06. This was a great gathering and very informative. Many PC members were there.
D. Report of Twp. Trustee: (Troup) Board concurred with our denial of Frisbie variance. Motion to change budget to reflect 3.6% CPI increase in the PC members’ stipends (round to nearest dollar) and the new Federal mileage rate of $ .445/mile. Simon to do this and forward to board for their April budget review meeting. (Donahey/Kurburski). Unanimous approval.
