WEST TRAVERSE TOWNSHIP

REGULAR BOARD MEETING, MAY 1, 2007  

Regular Board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

5 members were present.

April 10, 2007 Regular Board minutes and Special Election Committee minutes were approved as presented.

Payables were approved as presented.

The zoning ordinance amendment for Private Access Ways was approved.

The parking lot directly adjacent to the Township hall will be sealed and lines will be re-painted.

The wood floor in the upstairs of the hall will be re-finished.

Bids will be sought for replacing the existing brick chimney with a wood frame chimney.

The Assessor's contract was re-newed.

Purchase of a new copier/scanner/printer/fax was approved.

Purchase of an overhead projector was approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.

Next regularly scheduled meeting will be June 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
