BOARD MEETING
MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2004 @ 7:00 P.M.
@Friendship Township Hall
Meeting called to order by Supervisor Scott. Board members Mottl, Donahey, Scott, Van Divner and Ward present.
Donahey moved, Ward seconded, PASSED, to approve corrected November minutes to include the following motion which was omitted in original draft: (5)
Van Divner moved, Ward seconded, PASSED, to amend General Fund Budget Expenditures as follows: add line item “Intersection Light” $100 and decrease contingency by $100. (5-0)
Minutes of December meeting stood approved as presented.
Treasurer’s report received.
Clerk presented quarterly budget report.
Scott moved, Donahey seconded, PASSED, to transfer $621.17 from Contingency as follows: to Landfill Closure $521.17; to Twp. Insurance $100. (5)
Scott moved, Mottl seconded, PASSED, to amend 2003-04 Budget to increase the mileage allowance to 37.5 cents per mile, due to the federal reimbursement rate increase for 2004 to 37.5 cents/mile, effective immediately. (5)
Gary Abent presented Middle Village Park Proposed 2004-05 Budget.
Ward moved, Donahey seconded, PASSED, to approve the 2004-05 Proposed Budget Expenditures in the amount of $11,000, with no contribution required from Readmond or Friendship Townships, LTTB 2003-04 contributions yet to be received. (copy attached)
Roll call vote: Ward - yes; Mottl - yes; Donahey - yes; Scott - yes; Van Divner - yes.
Donahey reviewed bills against checks for accuracy.
Ward moved, Van Divner seconded, PASSED, to approve bills for payment. Checks # 4574 - 4602 were written in the amount of $8,529.19.
