PLEASANTVIEW TOWNSHIP MINUTES Regular Meeting February 23, 2006
Meeting called to order by B. Wiechmann at 7:00PM

B. Wiechmann moved to let T. Grimm speak first, seconded, PASSED
Tim presented the board with a new zoning map and went over tentative ratios and multipliers for the Township. Board of Review will be held March 7 for organizational meeting, March 13, 14. They are going by section and should be done by fall.
B. Wiechmann moved to get back to regular agenda, seconded, PASSED
Correspondence/Appointments: Road Commission – Bob and Bill attended mtg., County gave us a suggested schedule to follow for roads. Board reviewed schedule. D. Bosma moved to have County bid out 2006 road repairs that they recommended, seconded, PASSED.
Consent Agenda: Minutes: M. Barkley moved to approve the Minutes, seconded, PASSED Bills: M. Barkley moved to pay bills, seconded, PASSED.

New Business: L. Bosma moved to adopt the Procedure for Public Inspections, seconded by M. Barkley. Roll Call Vote: L. Bosma yes, B. Wurst yes, D. Bosma yes, B. Wiechmann yes, M. Barkley yes. Passed
M. Barkley to ask auditors about CD.
Spring clean up on June 17th, 9-3
D. Bosma reported that there are three elections this year and need Election Inspectors, School May 2cd, Primary August 8th, and General November 7th.
Board reviewed letter from layers regarding Tennis Center, B. Wiechmann to present to Fred for his review.
B. Wurst asked about the parking for snowmobiles, bikers and ext. by cemetery, B. Wiechmann to check on it.
B. Wiechmann presented information on a postage machine for the Township Hall, which would be rented. L. Bosma moved to rent desk top postage machine with a scale, seconded, three yes two no’s, PASSED.
