H.A.R.B.O.R., Inc. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA City Of Harbor Springs City Council Chambers 12:00 PM – Tuesday, November 15, 2005
Welcome/Attendance
Present:Breighner, Dika, Esposito, Gallagher, Simon Absent: Branson, Erber, Hughes
The meeting was called to order by Tom Gallagher at 12:00PM. Executive Director Danna Widmar and assistant Preston McGregor were present.
Minutes: Dika moved to approve minutes from executive committee meeting 10/25/05. Breighner supported. Motion Carried.
Financials Dika moved to approve October 2005 financials. Simon supported. Motion Carried.
Executive Director’s Report Widmar reported that power point presentation on bike path to Kiwanis on 11/9/05 went well. The PAL grant application for recreation and open space in the amount of $90,000 was submitted on 11/15/05. The grant from the revenue sharing board was denied, however, the Top of Michigan Trails Council did get funded. The fund raising committee meetings will follow all executive committee meetings. Officials gathering: Widmar discussed proposal of power point presentation as a tour of recreation and waterfront parcels for officials to review. The Board of Directors meeting is set for December 7, 2005 at Harbor Springs Schools.
Business: a. Annual Report was mailed on Saturday November 12, 2005. b. Fundraising letter is expected to be mailed on Saturday November 19, 2005. c. Gallagher and Widmar will do preliminary work-up of 2006 budget.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:27PM. Dika made motion to adjourn; seconded by Breighner. Motion Carried.
