Also Tom Richards and Preston McGregor.

Minutes
Joey Arbaugh moved, with a second by Tom Bailey, to accept the minutes of the September 30, 2009 meeting. Motion carried.
Financials
Treasurer Michael Esposito presented the financial report reflecting activity through November 30, 2009. The financial activity of the organization is on budget for the year.
Projects/Direction
Danna asked the board members to discuss areas of focus or projects that HARBOR Inc. should consider. The remainder of the meeting was a brain storming session with a variety of ideas discussed including: Affordable housing, federal funds and targeting specific lands for project/purposes/preservation, following through on our planning to let the vision unfold, educational seminars for officials, PDR ordinances. It was suggested the board of directors meet for longer than one hour or more than four times a year to allow for more discussion and board involvement. Danna will prepare a survey to go to board members for input on board involvement and organizational projects.
Budget
Danna and Michael, along with the executive committee, prepared the 2010 and presented it to the board. Tom Bailey moved, with a second by Alan Hegedus, to accept the budget. Motion carried
