EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Harbor Springs City Hall
12:00 PM – Wednesday, March 3, 2010

1) Welcome
Present : Benjamin, Branson, Breighner, Hughes, MacInnis  
Absent: Dika, Esposito, Mossburg, Simon

2) Call to Order - Charlie MacInnis called the meeting to order at 12:05PM. Also present: Danna Widmar, Executive Director; Preston McGregor – staff;

3) Approval of old minutes:
a. Executive Committee – February 10, 2010. Motion made to accept minutes by Kathie Breighner, seconded by Mary Ellen Hughes. Motion Carried.

4) Financials / Fundraising
a. January Financials are not yet available

5) Current Business
a. Officer elections in September 2010 – Treasurer and Secretary positions will need to be elected in September.
b. Little Traverse Wheelway Sign Project – Danna sits on committee of this Trails Council project. More money is needed for design and research. Charlie will take back ideas discussed to TOMTC.
c. Harbor Springs Directional Sign Project – study is needed

6) Old Business
a. Strategic Planning
i. Board Questionnaire – Danna will send proposal to EC members.
ii. Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool
iii. Board Descriptions

7) Adjourn – The meeting was adjourned at 1:10PM
